All data, including bank feeds, transactions, BAS drafts, and supporting documents, is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Backups never leave Australian regions.What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be invited to choose a plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days while you decide. If you don't subscribe, we securely delete your data and confirm in writing.Can I migrate clients from Xero or MYOB?
Yes. Our onboarding team will import historical chart of accounts, contacts, and the last 12 months of transactions for each client. Most firms are fully migrated inside a week.How accurate is the AI categorisation, really?
